How simple is Tradeking’s and/or Zecco’s trading platform vs Scottrade?
I have been with Scottrade for 3 years and am quite pleased. That is until I saw a clip on youtube about Sogotrade’s trading platform, where all the info and tools are on one page.
If I’m making a trade on Scottrade, I have to go through 3-4 screens before I can make a trade (trade tab/order entry, review, confirm, etc).. I saw that the sogotrade platform has all the info on one screen. I can view charts, my current positions, and place an order all on one webpage without having to wait for another page to load. I think orders can be executed quicker this way. Trades are only $3 on Sogo also..
I was hoping Scottrade would update/modify its platform more like Sogotrade’s so trading could be faster but it still hasn’t happened.
I also like Tradeking and Zecco because of the community feature, but I can’t find any vids or screenshots of their platforms .. are they more like Sogotrade or 3-4 screens like Scottrade?
I’d like to go with Tradeking because I spend so much time on the forums, but I need to know how the platform is.. any thoughts?

I use Tradeking because they have lower commissions, lower margin interest rates, and conditional orders.
You can change settings to cancel the preview step for entering orders and make the orders all on one page.
You should keep your Scottrade account for the free real time quotes.
On Tradeking streaming real time data is free for active clients. Non active clients may be subject to a monthly charge.

Don’t any of you get it yet? The Federal Reserve prints the money and “credit” which our government borrowers and then circulates into the system, which bears interest that We the People (taxpayers) have to pay back TO THE PRIVATELY-OWNED AND OPERATED FEDERAL RESERVE BANKS. This is fraud on a mass scale. And the “bailouts” are used for one purpose: to bankrupt and collapse the economy and the U.S. Dollar currency by consolidating any and all institutions, including state governments, that sign up for the bailout money which subsequently places a deadly crunch on smaller entities unwilling or unable to cope with the stipulations of those contracts. So stop wasting your time figuring out the figures. They’re all make-believe, non-realistic magic numbers the Fed can just pluck and print out of thin air! Wake up.

It’s like a rotten onion – each layer reveals more deceit. This began with the un-constitutional establishment of the Federal Reserve in 1913 (which was also rushed through Congress without members reading it). The entire fiat money system was destined to fail, and we are reaping what they’ve sown. What’s even worse is that now, for the first time since this debacle began, the US is at the mercy of it’s foreign lenders – and the world has lost complete confidence in the dollar. We are in for a monumental crash – People should wake up and prepare the best they can – whether it’s buying gold or canned goods – things are only going to get worse.
